Xbox One Cannot Find Netflix App

Is there any way I can use Netflix though Internet Explorer instead of using the App?

I have a Netflix membership already but it is not associate to the same person who is associated to Live Gold membership. This is why I use Netflix though IE instead of using the Xbox 360 Netflix app.

Each time I try to access Netflix though IE (not through the App) I'm prompted to enable ActiveX but I cannot find a way to perform that activation in the Xbox 360.

Can you recommend any solution?

You should be able to access Netflix since you have an Xbox Live Gold Membership, so I'm unsure of what the problem is. You should try calling/contacting Xbox Support, or maybe this article will help:

This can happen if the Netflix credentials stored on the Xbox 360 console
are corrupted or if there's a problem with your Netflix account. In the Xbox 360 Dashboard,
go to settings, and then select System. Select Storage. ... Select Netflix and run the setup process

Go to apps, select My Apps, and then select Netflix. Browse or search the Netflix library
or your queue

I never had Netflix installed on my XBOX360. Did Netflix support get removed from XBOX360 because the console is too old and obsolete?

I cannot find Netflix in Settings - System - Storage.

Netflix does not appear in My Apps, nor Search.

All the services for Xbox Live are currently active. The apps will sometimes have different help centers. Theres a troubleshooting page for netflix here:

You may also want to try a Power Cycle on your console if haven’t already. Just hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds and unplug the power from the back of the console for 10 seconds and then try restarting.
