You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

The first two things I would try are doing a hard reset on your console (press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds, then power it back on), and rebooting your networking equipment such as your router.

Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter. Hope this helps!

Have you tried resetting your modem? Then also try resetting your console by holding the power button for 10 sec.
