    I've tried everything I bought the disc for the game still cannot get the game to go Xbox one sucks you cannot go online play Live multiplayer that just keeps giving me back error codes at my profile is not accepted done everything tried everything I'm tired
    of this machine I'm throwing it all in the trash I'll never buy another one of these pieces of junk

    On Xbox one when am signing into Xbox live its fine however when I try to play on call of duty black ops 3 online it's saying my account is not allowed to play on Xbox live ? My Xbox name is , HELP

    Definitely understand the frustration and we can look into that with you for sure.

    Can you describe what you are seeing on the console what is the exact wording for the message/error you are seeing? Do you have an active Gold subscription on that account?

    If you check your
    subscriptions     on your account do you see active Gold? If you do not have active Gold you would not be able to play online. If you do not see the subscription you can check out
    Gold subscriptions and add one to get online.

    If you are still running into issues with an active Gold subscription do let us know!

    Are you playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 or Call of Duty: Black Ops? With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 an issue could be you are trying to play split screen online multiplayer over Xbox Live. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 does not support split
    screen online multiplayer. On the other hand if you are playing Call of Duty: Black Ops split screen online multiplayer is support however both accounts must be gold subscriptions (unless the 2nd user is signed in as a guest). If this problem proceeds please
    power off your console and wait some time and try again. Good luck! :)
