    okay so i got the cod for the map pack havoc for call of duty advanced warfare at game stop put the code in my Xbox one

    and i keep getting an error

    now when i typed the code in it worked i like it should have i mean i thought it would be same as xbox 360 auto downloads that map pack with code
    but i was credited 17$ on my account so i tried to purchase the map pack from store on xbox one and on the xbox site online from pc
    and i still get this error?
    please what can i do to fix this??

    Sorry to hear about the download issue! Let's try Uninstalling and Reinstalling Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Before reinstalling, perform a power console on the
    Xbox One console. Once the power cycle has been done, reinstall the game without the console powering off or losing network connection. Follow the steps below:

    • Uninstall Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once the Xbox One has powered off, remove the power cable from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into the Xbox One console and try reinstalling Call of Duty: Advance Warfare.
    After following the steps, and the download still stops at a certain percentage, post back so we can help get this issue sorted! Xbox One-Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare-Havoc Downloadable content issue & need help asap :)

    Hey there Pr0viNG4Gr0uNDz!

    I'm sorry to see the odd issues there and apologies for the delay!

    My first question is if the issue is still occurring? If so let's try following some of these steps below to power cycle the Xbox One console, which will clear the system cache.

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the unit is fully powered off.
    • Unplug the power supply from the back of the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back in and power on.
    After following those steps, check if the issue persists. If the issue persists, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. To do so, follow these steps:

    • Hover over the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare tile and press the Menu button on your controller.
    • On the pop up menu, select 'Manage Game'.
    • Navigate to the 'Havoc DLC' tile and press the menu button on your controller to uninstall the Havoc DLC.
    • Once the DLC has fully uninstalled, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Power back on and navigate back to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's Manage Game screen.
    • Reinstall Havoc from the 'Ready to Install' menu.
