    Hello,

    sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
    Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

    I hope you can help me with my problem.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! In order for us to look into this further, we will need to get proof of purchase for the bundle. When you get a chance, please let us know your console serial number and send us an image of the receipt for your console bundle.
    You can upload the image to a file sharing site of your choice and send me a private message with a link the link. You can find your console serial number by going into Settings > System > Console Info. Once you have collect the requested information, just

    Same problem. Italy. in my bundle there were one code for" Tomb Raiderdefinitive edition", one code for fre 14 days xbox live gold and the physical copy of "rise of the Tomb Raider" ( not a code card ). No code card for the tactical survival kit content
    ( as shown in the marketplace italian page ). Obviously this code there was not even in the game box. I bought this new console bundle also for this exclusive dlc. Is thereany official answer yet?
