Xbox one Borderlands CD won't read

I have just purchased the Borderlands xbox one game and it just won't load on my system, there are no scratches and other games are working fine on my xbox, what can I do?

Ripping CD's...Why not?

Really, we're talking specifically about it's inability to read DATA CDs. The Xbox One can read a custom CD you made and formatted to play in any CD player.

Disc reader is trash

I don't know what's wrong with my Xbox, it's only two years old and it won't read any discs. Six hundred dollar machine and it won't read a **** movie or CD. This Xbox is trash. Nice paper weight and something to fill the trash with

Hi, it could be a faulty disc, have you thought about taking it back to where you got it from and either get your money back or get a relacement disc.

If I change a games CD, the XBox one does not read the new CD. I always have to restart.

may something with your cd is right or your xbox cant read the cd

If your game is a CD and since you mentioned that this is the only game that is experiencing the issue then I advise you to return the CD to the retailer and have them replace it. If the same issue persisted using the replaced CD then contact the game developer
of Borderlands 2 as there's a chance that this can be a game server issue.

If your game is a digital game then you must be experiencing a corrupted file or content as you will need to uninstall this game then install first a different game that has a capacity close to what the Borderlands 2 has. After installing a different game,
reinstall then the game Borderlands 2. This is to overwrite the space that the game Borderlands 2 has occupied when you first installed it.
