XBox One - Booting Error E105

My Xbox One has had troubles starting up, and by that I mean it is unable to start up. When it is switched on, the screen remains black for around 5+ mins, until the Green Xbox One Loading Screen pops up for another 5+ mins.

After this, it gives me options, saying that the Xbox has had a "problem." Along with System Error: E105 00000000 8007045D

Options are:

1. Restart this Xbox
   
2. Troubleshoot
   

At this point I can use the Xbox Controller, however, clicking Restart causes the console to become unresponsive and the screen to freeze, while clicking Troubleshoot will bring up more options. Clicking any of those options will also cause the console to
become unresponsive.

Powercycles do not work, leaving the xbox unplugged overnight does not work, every single possible thing has been done with no success. Console resets are impossible, as attempting to click the option on the Troubleshooting page causes the Xbox to freeze.

I've looked this up, and found vague answers. Appreciate some help here. Thanks
