    Xbox One black screen game won’t launch


    On my Xbox One I have a digital version of prision arcitect. I have had this game for over a year and have played countless hours without a single issue. Now all of a sudden while trying to open the game, it launches the loading screen for a second or two
    then turns to a black screen for a few more seconds then goes back to Xbox dashboard. Have tried troubleshooting Xbox every way I can including resetting factory defaults. I’ve uninstalled the game. Reinstalled game, moved game to external storage, cleared
    local game saves in storage. Unplugged Xbox from wall. Reset Xbox keeping games and apps, reset Xbox including everything. Removed profile account and added it back again. Checking for updates but everything is up to date.

    I chatted to Xbox support but nothing’s fixed the problem. I have submitted help request to double eleven the makers of the game but it says they are away until next year which I don’t want to wait that long so I’m hoping someone here may have a solution.

    I have looked through so many posts on google for help and there seems to be many issues the same but for PC so I am unable to use the same solutions they have.

    Anyone got any ideas I could try?

    Can't Play Downloaded Game, Tried Trouble Shooting.

    Can you elaborate on the black screen glitch issue? I experienced this after downloading Motorcross Madness this weekebd (one of this month's Games w/ Gold). As soon as I launch the game, I get the black screen. Only way to get out is to reboot console.

    That’s the thing neither will work on remote casting it’s just a black screen on the Xbox app and it won’t appear when I press windows + K for remote display so neither will work.
