Xbox one Battlefield 4 Save game issue

I bought BF4 through the Microsoft store as its always one of those games I leave for quite a while get rid of then wish I hadn't (same with COD). I bought it through the store, paid a little extra than retail but at least I cant get rid of it

I have had problems with it from day one, I only really play multiplayer but started the single player,, really good. Came back to it a few days later and my save game had gone, so I thought I must not of saved - so I started from scratch again got a few
hours into playing, saved it to play something else. Came back to play a few days later save game had gone. It did save at times totally random really when it did not want to save it

This kept on happening about 5 times until I spoke with Microsoft support to get it resolved. They advised me they would look into it straight away, the advisor got me to do something with my Alternate MAC address and told me to reboot the machine, did this
and it played ok, did a save saved ok, came back to it the other day and the game had de-installed itself and needed to be re-installed fully,, I just don't know what`s going on.

I have had a case open with the Advocacy team now for 5 business days but yet no response, yet the advisor told me as soon as it was built oh, its already been picked up be the team they are looking at it right now.................................days go
by nothing.

Really want to play this game, but advisor said I need to have a new code for BF4,, so many wasted hours playing this its getting pretty annoying now, is there no way I can push this issue forward now,, all the advisors are now telling me to wait another
5 business days! so 10days in total :

XBOX One Controller Dock/"Charge Station(s)"

Battlefield 4 Campaign resetting...

Am I the only one who loses save data for their Battlefield 4 Campaign on the Xbox One every couple of days. Like the game will save and I can reload where I was at, but it only "saves" it for a couple of days then my data is totally lost! I was nearly 3/4
through the campaign on hard and it has reset for about the third time now! Is this a Microsoft or Dice issue because this is getting so frustrating!!!

 

I have the same issue. I think that it is on the DICE/EA side of things. I have read multiple posts on various platforms and seen the same issue.

It is really annoying. I bought a next-gen console because I thought it would be an upgrade to my Xbox 360. So far, it has been a huge let down. I have been with Microsoft since the regular Xbox. I would hate to hang it up for good.
