    Xbox one Battle field 1 bundle- unable to redeem battlefield 1 game download code


    I recently bought the Battle field 1 Xbox one bundle and I am unable to redeem/download the battlefield 1 full game code. Whenever i tried to use the code it ask's me to "confirm your purchase" and when i click confirm nothing happens. I tried
    multiple times and it had not worked or started any download. The EA access code works perfectly the first time, it's only with the battle field 1 game download code.

    Hello, I'm not the thread-opener but i have the same issue when trying to redeem the Battlefield V-Code from my Xbox One X-Bundle i've received today. There is a detail that may helpful for resolving this issue: On the BF V-Codecard are two other codes:
    One for Battlefield 1 Revolution + Battlefield 1943 and one for 1 month EA-Access. These both code have worked fine, i mean i've redeemed both without errors. Only the Battlefield V-code does not work.

    The links you have send are not useful in my case. The message i've got when i try to redeem the code isn't listed in these documents.

    Please read the thread-opening message again, especially the error message "Read the instructions enclosed with your code. You may need to redeem it on another website." or in german "Lesen Sie die Ihrem Code beiliegenden Anweisungen. Möglicherweise müssen
    Sie ihn auf einer anderen Webseite einlösen."
