    Hello,

    I was checking the Bandwidth usage to see how much data have my console been using and it's showing that it's using thousands of TBs. How is it even possible?, My router doesn't show me these stats so there's no way I could check to see if it's real.

    I've been using this console since release, 2013 (I think) and it's on Instant-on power mode and (auto update is on), Console is always connected to the internet via Ethernet cable and up to date, OS version 10.0.19041.5082. Below is a screenshot that shows

    Hey LadyJadey,

    Thanks for posting, and sorry to see the high bandwidth usage! Has your Xbox One's data usage looked accurate after 5/31? This may have been a visual bug, and your Xbox One console most likely has not reached anywhere near 3,600 TB of data usage. The most
    reliable tool to check internet usage will be through your ISP. Any bandwidth usage your Xbox One console actually uses will reflect on the ISP side. I would not worry about your Xbox One console using that much data unless your ISP is reflecting the same
    amount of usage.

    Extreme Bandwidth Usage

    Can't check that until after midnight. But 2 TB usage would take over 40 hours at my speed. My ISP shows barely 10 GB usage. Again the 2.0 TB,
    shows on the bandwidth usage on the Xbox One.

    Will update tomorrow after I can check my isp.

    What? 75566 TB? In one day? No, I would hazard a guess and say that it isn't showing your bandwidth correctly. Most modern routers have bandwidth logs that should show your usage. I would go with these over what the console says.

    Sorry to hear about the bandwidth issue! That could be normal as the games range from all different sizes. Have you purchased digital games or downloaded your free games with gold during the times the data used peaks? With two games alone it's easy to break
    80-90 gigs depending on the games.
