    Xbox one avatar editor won't save


    So I've been using the avatar editor software on Xbox one for awhile now with little to no issues but recently when I try to save my avatar the console gives me a error message that says this: "Something went wrong. try again in a little while" but I've
    tried waiting and I still can't save my avatar I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but that message still shows up and I'm not sure how to get rid of it.

    Hi there!

    Due to the current situation with the pandemic, there are known issues with saving custom avatars. These issues should soon be resolved when emloyees return to their offices and you will be able to change your avatar!

    Oddly this applies to purchases right off the MS store??? I just bought a outfit for my avatar i cant use. Just something went wrong. Try again in a little while.. So even purchased items from your own store are subject to review? Makes no sense.

    this is the same issue with xbox custom gamerpics, because of COVID-19 there are no employees in office which meens there are no people to approve your avatar so once this isolation is over you will be able to edit it again

    Hiiii i had the same issue just about 10 minutes ago i just kept spamming save and eventually it worked so just be patient i think everything is a little slow right now :)

    after deleting the avatar and creating a new one. now like you only the default stock saves fine. purchased still has an error
