    xbox one Avatar can not created or be edit


    After more than a month, contact the Microsoft support and various problem solutions, my XBOX avatar still doesn't work.

    I cant edit or create a new Avatar. Support changed the gamertag to the a new email address, without any success.

    I changed the gamertag from callmehero2013 to , without any sucess. I test it with XBOX one and PC App

    you can see the failure on these Videos.

    I would like to let you know that you can create, edit, or purchase avatar hairstyles and more by opening the Xbox Avatar Editor app on your Xbox console or Windows PC.

    If you don't have an avatar created yet, the system is going to let you create a new one. However, if you have an existing avatar, and you want to create a new one, you can go to the Xbox Avatar Editor settings and select “Create new avatar”.

    But, please keep in mind that aside from the default and available to purchase content for your Avatar, it is not possible to create something from the scratch.

    How to Delete my Avatar on Xbox Avatar Editor

    If you are on the Xbox One, all you can do is create a new avatar, by launching the app, select settings, and create a new avatar.

    If you are on the Xbox 360, then the best way is to launch the Xbox Original Avatar app on Windows 10, and select settings and create a new avatar.
