xbox one auto blocked my childs mic

If you block off your child and forbid him things like this, it is wrong on the parents, because I grew up in Moscow where parents didnt care if something so simple and you block your childs off. One day he will be playing mature games, i started playing
grand theft auto when i was 8 years old wen it came out in 98, now i still play gta and go to MGU

The mic was not muted by the xbox. The mic worked fine on another child's account. The child was probably in friends' groups and he could hear his friends.

Sorry you’re having the issue BadScooter67… that can be frustrating as heck. Account verification is an important part of the Xbox Privacy, Security and Safety of family accounts but there’s not a way around this.

The good news is that you won’t be charged automatically for any Xbox account activity and you can block the child account from accessing the payment option also.

• To disable automatic renewal, sign into your online account, access your parent profile, click on “my account” and go to “subscriptions”. Click on “cancel automatic payment” and follow the prompts. You won’t be auto-charged for the account.
  

You can decide (block) whether or not a child can purchase items on Xbox Live, such as arcade games, game add-ons, and other items. To change your child’s safety and privacy settings:

Jameser is correct. You may want to look at the parental control settings and set the child account to block online interactions. I believe it will prompt you before any friend requests are sent to the child account (not certain though as no one has tried
to friend my children) and it blocks the incoming messages.

Xbox one S set as Child One and Child two
Auto login is Off on Both Consoles
child on logs in plays game on xbox one x, child two logs in on same game on xbox one s, Child one is logged off of Xbox one x. Child one logs back on Child two is logged off.
this is also not logged off of same game but different games
child one on x playing far cry, child 2 logs in on s and starts red dead, far cry is logged off....
Far Cry is only on the x not the S

Done All the bits on the web, done it all with the Support staff, still got the same problems

there is one thing that NOBODY has covered, in the USA Red Dead is a Different certification. although both kids are UK, red dead is different in the UK and the USA, could this be the problem... nobody knows
