    Hello! So today I hopped on Madden NFL 20 and I noticed that I could not here my game audio through my headset. I called xbox support and they had me go through a lot of troubleshooting steps and none of them seemed to work. I know its not the headset
    because I plugged it into my laptop and it works. I also went to audio through the guide side bar, and my headset chat mixer is all the way on the chat side. This is why I cannot here my game. Any solutions?

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with audio on your Xbox One. Besides HDMI and using the Xbox One Controller for audio, the Xbox One supports S/PDIF Optical audio output. For more information, check out this article:

    My current turtle beach headset with the xboxONE

    The problem is right now the connectors at the bottom of the new controllers are different, they have increased the frequency of the audio too (which equates to better audio quality).

    They are working on an adapter but there's no release date, but it's worth noting the Xbox One comes with a headset (even though it's a cheap one).
