    This is a little hard to explain, but my son received an XBOX One for Christmas with the Assassins Creed bundle. The two games Assassins Creed IV and another one can be downloaded by typing in the 26 or so digit key on the stiff paper card included with
    the package. However, when he was tearing off the opaque label that covered the key codes, they actually came off WITH the tape. So, only 1/2 of the code is still attached to the paper card. The other half is stuck to the black tape. I called Microsoft
    (after I called UbiSoft - they couldn't help) last week and spoke with three different support reps in three different areas and got no help. They made it sound like it was my son's fault that their key codes stuck to the tape they had used to cover up the
    codes. I had to explain to the last rep at least 5 times what the problem was, as she didn't seem to get it. I asked to escalate it within Microsoft (after going to a "Supervisor" - who didn't help at all) and was told they would call back within 24-72 hours.
    Well, that was last Friday. It's now been 96 hours and I've heard nothing. I know it's the holidays, etc..., but?

    So, I'm reaching out to anyone on this forum for help, or maybe one of the moderators can give me some advice about where to turn next?

    I purchased an Xbox one assassin creed unity bundle with 2 free game download tokens but before my son could download games the codes were thrown away during after christmas cleanup. Is there a way to get the download codes for his new Xbox one without the
    card. They games were assassin creed unity and black flag. Please help!!

    Can't read code number on Assassins Creed download card!

    Help! Code number on assassins creed card that came with bundle is not readable we can't read the code, How on earth can I get this code so my child can play his game? (disappointed child, first so many problems signing in, we still are NOT able to, then
    unreadable code on card, a lot of $ spent.......) anyone know what I can do?

    where is assassins creed with the bundle

    The Assassin's Creed bundle comes with Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and Unity. The codes for the games will be on a card packaged inside the box. Be sure to check under the flaps of the box as I've read that sometimes the card will slip underneath one.

    Recently there was an Xbox One bundle that came with Assassin's Creed Unity and Black Flag. If this is the console that you purchased then check the box for a card with a scratch area. Scratch the entire area to find the codes to download the games.
