xbox one Apps not installing completly

I have tried 2 apps, netflix and amazon instant video. Both install to 100% but then get an error "something went wrong" and a code to enter online fr the, in "investigate"

New XB1 owner. Looks great, but DL times, ugh...

Yeah, those are my only complaints with the xbox one that I have. THANKFULLY, most games let you play the game even if it isn't completly installed

 

Apps not installing

I'm trying to download apps and it gets to 100 percent and then says installation stopped. It won't finish the install. Can anyone help me figure out why it's doing this. Hard resets and reinstalling doesn't work

 

Have this problem too. With the bluray app no less so I can't even watch a movie now. Cannot uninstall as it has not completed and even a hard reboot does not clear the data to try downloading again. Its stuck at 100 percent.

On a side note, I sure wish I could manually manage the memory like in the good ol days.

 

G'day Boyum, what error code do you get when that message appears on the screen? Have any other apps shown that message when downloaded, or are Netflix and Amazon Video the only ones?

 

I have the same problems with for apps that I purchased, the error code I got is 8x80073cf6

 

My friend says it has to do with windows 8, but his Xbox one downloads everything smoothly.
