Xbox One App - Windows 10 - Clubs in Red Font - 1 Club Missing

Hi. I have attached a screen shot of my issue as described in the subject of this post. As it says and as the pictures shows, my clubs are showing up in red and one of them (True Achievements) is missing. I searched for True Achievements and found it and
saw I am still a member. Also, on my phone all the clubs show and the clubs are not in red. I couldn't find an explanation for this online or on the forums. I have noticed clubs missing before in the app on my Windows PC, my Android app and the Xbox One itself.
I'm more intrigued about the red font.

Cannot Transfer Club Ownership

Hey there planetRL luke!

Any chance you can try transferring Club ownership form the Xbox app on a Windows 10 PC to see if there's any change?

Also, can you clarify if your club is public or private?

Hi, yeah I've tried the Windows 10 app, Windows 10 beta app & iOS 10 app, but none of them allow me to transfer ownership of this club particularly (tried it with another club as a test and everything worked fine).

The club is public, name 'Planet Rocket League'

Unable to join more than one club

With my XBox app on Windows 10 I am able to join a club, which I did.

But as soon as I try to join another club, the app tells me that I can not join more clubs.

I can't imagine that this is intended by Microsoft, so how can I be a member of more than one club?

There is a possibility that those clubs are already deactivated. For us to better assist you with your concern, please clarify the following information:

1. Have you tried to reset your Xbox App?

2. Have you tried searching and adding a different club?

3. Have you tried messaging members on those clubs?

Hi RareNukeToast,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We understand this can be confusing since it will not provide the option to delete the club. Since it will not work on the phone, try to delete the club using the Xbox App on Windows 10 if possible.

Sign into the correct account
Select the club in question
Select Manage
Select Club Settings
Select "Delete Club"

Hey Lennard,

Is it not allowing you to join clubs for any game or just one game specifically? Also have you tried creating a club just for troubleshooting purposes?

This has been something known for joining or creating clubs for Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox app for Windows 10.
