    Xbox One App Restrictions


    We have three accounts on our Xbox for our boys between the ages of 5 and 15. I use the Xbox app to control the content and screen time for each of their profiles and it is great.

    We recently put the Xbox on a TV for just them. We have Spectrum cable and I want to allow them to use the Xbox Spectrum TV app when the want. Am I able to (1) allow unlimited use of the Spectrum app within their profiles while still limited gaming times
    or (2) setup a dedicated profile for just Spectrum?? I guess what I am wondering is if there are app level time restrictions available like on Apple iOS Screen Time.

    What are you using HDMI in for?

    Supposedly a Plex app for xbox one is in beta testing. I don't use Plex because of file restrictions.

    Without confirming your age is accurate the YouTube apps on any platform won't allow you to watch age restricted content.

    Yes, i thought it was a setting i couldnt find on the xbox account but i have a handful of other accounts and the issue was present there as well when associated with the specific youtube account and with different youtube accounts.

    Its not a problem with youtube as the issue does not appear except on xbox itself.
