Xbox one app not working properly

    Xbox one app not working properly


    I usually use the Xbox one app for messaging.. - after the update I am unable to send any messages.. why? - I get a notification that says "change your privacy settings for communication. Something went wrong" - below the
    message i tried sending is a highlighted sentence that says "you are not allowed to message this group"

    I have changed my privacy settings 4x now and still can not message through the app. - does anyone else have this problem.. I need a little help.

    so theres no alt way for people without smartphones to train chops?

    App has not even been working properly with me anyways

    Netflix app not working properly

    I did an update with the Netflix app and now that I completed those updates, it does not let click on any thing, it does not even let me do a search of a any movies. I have called Netflix and they told me to contact xbox support. I called xbox support and
    they looked in my account and made sure that I had a live subscription, and made sure that there was nothing on my account that showed to where I could not get on my Netflix account. the support agent even took me through the process of clearing out any corrupted
    and clearing my cache 3x's and deleting the app and then reinstalling. after all of that I still was not able to get back on the account. are there any other options that I can do to get my app to work properly.

    Xbox one app not working properly

    This means an app requires information to your data, go into your privacy settings on the xbox (accounts) and then you can set the one that is required to everyone. This will resolve your issue.

    I'm having the same problem and I have checked through my settings loads, it must be something wrong with the app and the new update coz loads more people have the same problem

    Twitch keep crashing.

    Seems odd that it's an ISP issue considering twitch works properly on literally every other device and app. Even the broadcast previews that show up next to the games in the xb1 store work properly until you click on them and it tries to open the app. The
    360 app works fine also. The issue is isolated to just the xbox one app. It used to work but for me this seems to have started after the last update to the Twitch app.

    I just tried the Netflix app on my Xbox One and it is working properly here in Canada.

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your console?
