Xbox One App needs Party Chat Function

Discus and support Xbox One App needs Party Chat Function in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Would be nice if somehow the Xbox One App could support Party Chat functions.     Xbox One App needs Party Chat Function


    Would be nice if somehow the Xbox One App could support Party Chat functions. I think that would be a great addition. Sorry if this has been discussed already which im sure it has already.

    Rocket League PS4-XBO crossplatform network complete! Awaiting Sony's approval...

    Party chat will only be available to live players. To chat with cross network gamers the app would probably need to implement some sort of voice or party function.

    Losing chat audio when the party app is unsnapped.

    I am having the same issue where party chat audio only functions when the party app is snapped.

    XBOX COMPANION APP PARTY CHAT NOT WORKING

    The party chat function is still relatively new for the app. Currently on XBOX SERVER STATUS it says the xbox app has outages.

    This should not happen, anyone playing in the xbox one family should be able to party chat. What system they are on should make no difference. In fact, you don’t even need a system to party chat, you can use the xbox app for parties if need be.

    Hey there Carioca96!

    To use the Party Chat app you don't need an Xbox Live Gold subscription, but other members who are using an Xbox One console will need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to join your party.
