Xbox one App Didn't recieved my purchased game

On your Xbox One go to My Games and Apps > Ready to Install and you game is there for download (or it might even be downloading in the queue right now!).

If not, you could have purchased it on the wrong account. Check this page to see if you're on the right account with the purchase:

Make sure you're on the same gamertag/email as your account on the iOS app and on your console.

I checked all the things you said and its not there, its not on my ready to install list or already istalled list. I bought it on my correct account so ye..

I also check my bank account and it says -$10. And an weird thing the link worked but theres nothing on the list a bout my purchase. When i payed the amount of money i get a message with press another time buy. Maybe thats the problem i clicked buy and i
saids go to my bank and i had to pay another time..

I encountered a similar issue a few weeks back when I bought some items via the web site store and I didn't receive a confirmation email right away, it showed up ca 4 hours later. If your account history purchases shows the item as purchased then you can
go into the store on your Xbox, search for the item and it should show you the Install option (YMMV, it did for my items), click that and the game should start installing right away.
