    XBOX ONE APP CONNECTION ISSUE


    My xbox app previously worked on my brand new android phone with no problems. Now, it either cannot find my console or says it is sleeping, but wont turn onfrom app. None of my settings have changed. I have checked my network on my console and I continuously
    get this message:

    XBOX LIVE PROBLEM

    YOUR NETWORK IS GOOD, BUT THERE ARE SOME XBOX SERVICE ISSUES

    it then sends me to check the site online for more info on the problem. Except my issue is not listed nor mentioned. This has been going on for close to week. It normally wouldn'tbe an issue, except for the factthrough the app is the only way I can control
    my TV volume, since I have no remote for it or physical buttons (other than power) on my television. Please help! Thanks!

    youtube app bug?

    My xbox one is hard wired via an ethernet cable and I'm still having the same issues , my 360 though runs the youtube app flawlessly so I don't think it's my connection.

    Xbox one tv volume

    Hi everyone. I have my youview box connected to my xbox one, however the tv volume when watching through it is a lot louder than all the other games/apps. This is slightly annoying as I have to constantly change volume when swapping between tv and games etc. The youview box is connected via hdmi to the xbox and then xbox to my av receiver. Anyone else having the same issues??

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I have the same issue and I'm also on Comcast. My Xbox One and the Xbox App (PC & Phone) won't connect to Xbox Live. When I disable the WiFi on my phone, the Xbox App connects to Xbox Live without issue. It must be an issue with Comcast.

    No, it's not the game streaming that's not working. I've never had an issue streaming with the Xbox app on PC. It's the new Wireless Display app on Xbox One that I'm having the issue with. My PC just will not connect to it.

    What kind of device are you using for the Xbox app (Windows 10, iOS, Android, Windows Phone)? Is your Xbox One showing up in the Xbox app to connect to, or is your Xbox One console not showing up within the Xbox app at all? We'll need that information so
    we can provide specific steps.

    If you're on Windows 10 PC, have you tried a wired connection for both your Windows 10 PC and your Xbox One console? That is the most reliable method for connecting the Xbox app to your Xbox One console, and the results of that will help us narrow the issue
    down further.
