Xbox One AND Series X issue

In the past 6 months I have had one of the most frustrating issues occur with my Xbox controllers. Months ago, I was playing AC and noticed that the audio was cracking in my headset. I wrote it off to a controller or headset issue, I can replace those, didn't worry about it. About a week later, my controller starts desyncing from my console and reconnecting about 2 seconds later. This was a huge issue, literally game breaking. Not to mention the very annoying audio cracks that preceded these desyncs. I tried moving things around, nothing. Bought a new controller, problem still happens. I eventually replaced the consoles Wi-Fi chip, considering nothing else worked and I was desperate. Nothing, the issue still existed. I became so frustrated with this issue that I upgraded to the Xbox Series X that I am currently playing on. 2 weeks pass and it starts happening, on my brand new series X console. Audio crackling, input lag and then eventually the controller desyncing. Bear in mind I have used several different controllers, even the one that came with the series X. The new one that came with the console also does it, I am desperate for answers as to why this happens and if I will ever have a possibility of fixing this. At this point, I'm starting to question if I'm just cursed...
