    Xbox One and Samsung SMT-H3270 OneGuide (Time Warner)


    I'm currently unable to use Xbox One's OneGuide with my Time Warner Cable provided Samsung SMT-H3270 cable box/DVR. Live TV works fine however the OneGuide set-up can't seem to find a power code to power up the DVR.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you try setting your Samsung box to Stereo PCM audio instead of Dolby/Surround?

    I'm having a similar issue with the same Samsung box. My problem resolves around getting the Xbox One to power up the DVR to complete the OneGuide set-up. Anyone have any info on this?

    I have the same dvr box and have the same problem. Changing audio encoding does not fix it for me, either. Very annoying, not to be able to use One Guide, after investing in the Xbox One. I see a setting option for entering a 4 digit remote code. Would this
    help?

    How quickly can we find a fix for this?

    the audio coding was on hdmi and i switched it to mpeg(PCM). same thing. locked up box and no audio
