    I bought a $25 gift card for Xbox and redeemed it. When I tried to buy a product from the store it said insufficient funds. In the payment methods it said Xbox gift card with $15.00. The product was $10. I tried buying 1000 Apex Coins for $10 it took my
    money and I didn't receive my coins. This is really annoying because I tried buying Shark cards for GTA for $2 and it said insufficient funds as well. WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR XBOX'S MICROSOFT

    Try and gently wipe the Xbox logo on the front of console with a soft dry cloth just in case there is a little bit of dirt there.

    I forgot to update that I spoke to customer support again. And I am sending the console away again for 'repair'. And it is not just my network, but all networks close to my location that I used to see.

    And now I have found out if I am signed in under a different account and connected to the internet the Xbox One will not shut down, it just means I can't play any games because I need to be signed in on my account which has paid for all the content. So it
    appears their is some issue with my main Xbox Live account.

    After trying many things I have found out my Xbox One only keeps shutting down when it is connected to the internet, if I plug in the internet cable or connect using wi-fi it will shut almost immediately, but when it is disconnected from the internet it
    will stay on all day....weird.
