    Xbox one add profile gray screen


    Hi everyone,

    I've just recieved our Xbox back from repair and I'm trying to add our profile again. I go to the login/add profile screen and I get a spinning wheel then it flicks to a gray screen then another spinning wheel then just returns me to the sign in/add profile
    screen again. I've tried a soft and hard reset, checking for updates (console is up to date) and every other suggestion on the internet but to no avail.

    Is anyone else having the same problems and what would you suggest to fix this? I was going to send it away again to be fixed but I would prefer not to, or is this an ongoing problem?

    I've got 4 kids nagging me and I'm slowly losing the remaining hair I've got!

    Phoenix_Reins - there is option in Xbox (beta) app.

    {Parity} its looking like it is problem with Xbox app because i have gray screen in Xbox app.

    Quick questiin.

    On the Xbox ONE go to the sign in screen and click Add New. Put in the existing Microsoft account e-mail in and then enter the password. It will download his profile to the Xbox.

    Also, just gave it a shot following the instructions on the link you shared – thanks again – I get to the family account settings and the kids are already listed there, I click the button to add them to the Xbox, I enter their individual password, but
    then the screen stays gray and nothing seems to happen. Thoughts?

    but he is grayed out even in the character screen. The one you can just look at all the characters before joining a game
