    Xbox one adapter light stuck


    Before today my adapter was working just fine, but then after that my adapter light wouldn't turn off, I couldn't get headset audio to come through and my microphone won't work and the headset is not muted. My controller software is 3.1.1221.0 and my normal
    audio jack on the controller is broken thanks to my friend (that's why I use the adapter). Does anybody know any tips because I have looked online and couldn't find anything. I only have one controller and have tried updating it but there are no updates. I
    am willing to purchase a new adapter. Thanks

    Where to buy ac adapter

    My ac adapter for my Xbox one apparently went out last night. While it's plugged in the light on the adapter doesn't come on and neither will my Xbox one. If I unplug the ac adapter from the Xbox one, then unplug it from the wall and plug it back into the
    wall the orange light will come on and stay on but as soon as I plug it back into the Xbox the light goes off. I brought the ac adapter up to gamestop and had them test it with another Xbox one and it was doing the same thing. My console is about a year and
    a half old so I'm stuck buying a new adapter without a warranty. GameStop didn't have any in any store near me or online, Walmart doesn't carry them and I just looked on the Xbox store and they aren't available on there either. Where can I buy an original
    Xbox one ac adapter? I don't want an aftermarket one. Thank you in advance.

    My Xbox one stereo headset adapter is stuck on mute and I have to update my controller with the adapter but it's still stuck on mute, any suggestions?

    If you’re using the Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter (the black adapter with two aerials) then a solid red light means that the adapter is not recognised. Try plugging the adapter in to one of the USB ports on the front of the console. A flashing
    red light with this adapter means that there may be a hardware failure. You should contact
    Xbox Support.

    If you’re using the Xbox 360 Wireless G Networking Adapter (the grey adapter with one aerial) then a solid red light means that the adapter is ready for configuration. A flashing red light in this case also means there could be a hardware failure, again
    you should contact the Xbox Support team.

    I was playing and my xbox stopped and turned off by herself and the main button doesn't produce any light from the led when I touch it.

    The power adapter displayed for one second just orange light and then no more LED light.

    I'd like to know if the power adapter is broken or if it's a problem with my xbox so please help me :'(

    Hi, Does your Xbox have a built in wi-fi or are you using the adapter that plugs into the back of it? If it is one that plugs into the back of it check what color the light is. If it is plugged in properly and the light on it is red, it is a faulty adapter.
    I have had 2 go bad on me.
