    Xbox One Achievements Progress Completely Frozen


    Hi everyone, been having some major Xbox One achievement related issues recently which I'm hoping someone can help me with. I've recently been going on an achievement spree with Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. On the 7th of December I successfully beat
    Garden Ops on Crazy difficulty and escaped the aftermath but the achievement did not unlock. It did however unlock for my friend who I was playing with. I then noticed that all the percentages for the individual achievements were frozen. Regardless of my actions
    (killing a certain type of zombie so many times, levelling up my rank etc) they remained frozen at their respective percentages.

    I decided to try another game to see if it was a problem unique to PvZ GW. I played the new Van Helsing game and fulfilled the requirements for two achievements (the words achievement unlocked appeared over the characters head in game) but still, no achievements
    popped up and no percentages increased for the individual achievements. I decided to try the Wolf Among Us (where the achievement requirements couldn't be simpler) and still nothing.

    I've tried all the trouble shooting tips on this page:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/games/troubleshoot-achievements-challenges     including removing and redownloading my account twice. I'm definitely connected to Xbox Live and all the achievements have had more than 72 hours to sync. I've got no idea
    what else to do so I thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas. I'd like to confirm this is definitely an Xbox One related problem. I've played a few games on my 360 (as well as some BC games on the X1) and achievements have unlocked just fine.

    Achievements not unlocking, progress frozen

    Settings>Network settings>Advanced>Alternate MAC>Clear then it will want to restart. that seems to do wonders for me. Hope it helps.

    Would you look at it? Just look at it! Not unlocking

    I'm having that problem too. My progress is frozen at 71% but the game achievements say I found all the orbs in all regions

    I am having the problem where achievement progress is frozen. I'm stuck on 2 achievements on Diablo 3 currently.

    Greed over Need, stuck on 3%

    Demolition Derby, stuck on 80%

    How is this problem resolved?

    Achievement progress reset across all games

    Another one here.

    - All progress reset to 0% in all games for all locked achievements.

    - Unable to unlock achievements or gain progress.

    - In Halo: Spartan Assault, completing an Assault Op challenge will occasionally show some progress (18%, but I have more than half of them completed). The next time I look, progress will be at 0% once more.

    I'm hoping progress will return and achievements earned right now will still unlock, seeing as I just did the "pulled harder" achievement in Titanfall.

    Achievement progress frozen for digital games

    A Couple of troubleshoot steps you could try are to uninstall and reinstall your profile as well as clear the MAC address on your xbox one, you can do this by going to your Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear.
