Xbox One Achievements Not Unlocking

I have gone through all the procedures I was told to do and I followed the forum rules. I contacted Microsoft and I followed their steps as well but alas I'm here. I was told this would be the last step I could possibly take. I have no problems unlocking
achievements for other games so I know I don't have a ban or suspension on my account but there are certain achievements on halo 5 that just won't unlock even though I have 100% prequisites completed. I already filled out the survey I've been waiting almost
2 weeks now. I just wNt a fix for why my game isn't unlocking my achievements.

There was an issue recently where achievements weren't unlocking correctly. This has been fixed, but achievements could take a couple days to finally post to your account. Please see the following article that Game Informer quoted Xbox Live's Operations

Sorry you're having issues. If you've tried all solutions listed below, a factory reset should help with your issue although I do acknowledge it will take a while.

- Double check your achievement progress on your console. If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console but it doesn't show, it may not be synchronised with Xbox Live. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.

- Check your achievement progress online. If the achievement appears under "Achievements" it is unlocked. If the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the console isn't yet synchronised with Xbox Live or the achievement was not successfully
unlocked.

- Ensure you're connected to the internet / Xbox Live. If a completed achievement hasn't appeared online after 72 hours, your console may not be connected to Xbox Live. If you completed an achievement or challenge while offline, you won't receive related
notices or rewards until you connect to Xbox Live.

- Restart your console. Restarting your console will ensure that any achievements awaiting synchronisation on the console are re-sent to Xbox Live.

- Remove and redownload your account. The account information stored on your console may be out of date. To update your account information, delete and then redownload your account.
