It'd be nice if we actually got updates on the situation rather than the scripted PR crap, a sticky with updates from the mods would be nice.

I now have the same problem. Service status isn't showing anything wrong with achievements. I know they got hacked, but they REALLY need to get their *** together. I'm just about ready to cancel my membership.

I am getting this right now. The achievement app doesn't work, and I cannot view my achievements on the website either. I have been playing Far Cry 4 on Xbox One. I insalled the game during the DDoS attack on Christmas day. Not sure if that has anything
to do with it, but no achievements have unlocked since I have installed the game, and I have completed the first act. I cannot even view them. Please assist.

I have the same problem. Error on Xbox One, in xbox.com gives me another error and will not let me see the achievements. Contact the support and tell me that everything is fine. Not that I can do ...

I have tried the above solutions and none have worked. Still getting the same error code 0x87c40011 when trying to access the achievements app, and not receiving any new achievements. Also cannot change player ID in Halo: MCC.

Any solutions from Microsoft would be much appreciated.

Same here. I'm playing through sniper elite 3 and tried snapping achievements, then I got this error code 0x87c40011. Tried opening achievements through My Games and Apps, but I get the same error code.

I have the exact same problem with the same error code, but then with the game Goat Simulator. Some achievements synced correctly and suddenly my collectible achievement didn't unlock. Going to the Achievements App gives the error 0x87c40011

Getting the error code 0x87c40011 and do not have access to the achievement app plus no achievement are popping when they should be?

Tried hard rebooting and signing out of the account with no success.

Not a good week with Halo MCC issues and now this.
