Xbox One Achievements app: error code 0x87c40011

I don't own halo and have this problem

 

I have contacted support and they have said they know the situation people are having and are currently looking in to it. They were unable to give a time limited to when it will all be back up and running. I find it frustrating but hopefully this issue will
be sorted soon.

 

Same issue, what the hell. I hope all the missed achievements I have unlocked since this has been happening unlocked once solved.

 

I can't open the achievement app or see my achievements on xbox.com.

Fix this Microsoft, I'm paying for it...

 

I'm having the same issue. I get the error code 0x87c4000d when I try to compare achievements with friends and I get the error code 0x87c40011 when I try to open the achievement app ( which won't open ). It's definitely got nothing to do with Halo MCC as
I don't have it

 

Also the suggested fixes don't work in regards to resolving this issue

Looks like I've got the same prob =( Started yesterday (or at least that's when I noticed it); I didn't get an achievement I'd been working on, when I went to look at my achievement app on my Xbox One, I got the whole "oops, something went wrong" and error
code 0x87c40011. Can't even pull up my achievements on the Xbox site =( None of the suggested fixes have worked =(

 

THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!!! I dealt w/ this back in Nov in this thread:

forums.xbox.com/.../1802711.aspx and you'll notice how far back it goes. THIS IS AN ONGOING/RECURRING ISSUE!!!! I have not had a single achievement post today and I popped multiple achievements on 360 (wolf among us), WP (burn it all) and W8 (cut the rope.)
They will tell you to wait 7 days to see if your profile updates but you in trouble if it is your last achievement. Popping more achievements in the game later on seems to get the achievements synced but if it was your last achievement for a particular game
they will have to "bundle the info up to get it to the proper support." My issue in Nov. got resolved but unfortunately today just killed my TA achievement streak at 123 days. MICROSOFT NEEDS TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING!!!!

 

Not sure if I'm in this thread however I am still having the same problem as everyone else. Guess I'll keep checking back here to see if there has been a fix. Have all threads been combined?

 

Add me to the list, haven't been able to get into the Achievement App for over 24 hours now.

 

I just recently checked my achievements to see what was up and got the same error as well. Finally 3 starred my last stage of adventure in Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions for the achievment. I'm going to be so *** if this doesn't
register and I have to do this all over again, several of the stages are such a pain to get the highest 3 star score, especially final boss! Man I'm starting to wonder if anybody out there even knew what the heck they were doing when they decided all the
save data, settings, etc, was a good idea via the clud. Then again $ony with PlayStationNetwork on PlayStation 4 isn't ding so hot right now, either, but they obviously have their own reasons for their architchure messing around as well.....

 

I'm having this error as well. i can't view my achievements on the xbox one achievement app and the xbox site.

I'm also having errors on the 360 as well. I unlocked 6 new achievements within last day or so it won't update my game overall gamerscore for the game, so i tried redownloading my profile to the xbox 360 and i don't have my xbox one achievements on my gamerscore.
i tired clearing the cashe on the 360, i did a hard reset on the xbox one and i reseted my router.

This is really annoying main reason i play on the xbox platform is their achievement system and now its not working for me at all. This better get fixed!
