    XBOX ONE ACCOUNT


    My XBOX ONE is shutting down frequently and I have read before to look for a repair center I could try to:

    - change power supply (but the issue is always on);

    - restore the factory default values (and also after this the issue is always on).

    But, after the second solution, as I didn't look first for the account's e-mail I can't anymore log in with my original account.

    I have tried with every e-mail I remember I used in the past, but nothing!

    So, I have lost:

    - my games;

    - my online access;

    - my gamertag.

    Besides, I can't handle my XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription and I am paying without being able to use it and without being able to stopthe monthly charges on my credit card.

    The recovery through the "account recovery form" was rejected from Microsoft, even if it asks for credit card details I use to pay XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription, and I cant find a way to take back the control of my account.

    How can I solve my troubles?

    Is there a chanche to get in touch with someone who can help me here in Italy or through a chat from elsewhere?

    Xbox 360 to Xbox One

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid that it sounds like you currently have two accounts, one offline on the xbox 360 and one Xbox Live account on the Xbox One.

    There is an option to promote your offline xbox 360 account to an Xbox Live Account, but this will require a new Microsoft Account (email address), but the next issue would be that it is Not possible to merge multiple accounts into one Xbox Live Account.

    So basically there are two options, continue with the current Xbox Live Account that you have on the Xbox One, or to promote the 360 account to an Xbox Live Account and download that to the Xbox One and continue with that one.

    Transfer DLC from Xbox 360 to Xbox One?

    If you sign into the xbox 360 account on your xbox one, and if the 360 Game/DLC is backwards compatible you can download it onto your xbox one and then if you want to use that game/dlc on your other xbox one account, you can just sign into both that 360
    account and your xbox one account at the same time and launch the game on your xbox one account.

    I'm afraid game saves,achievements etc. can't be transferred between accounts.

    One of you would need to start a new account & start from scratch.

    It's only possible to share games/gold on 1 console at a time. For 4 consoles you would need to purchase them at least twice (2 separate accounts).

    well you set your own console as your own and require sign in on any other console and change the password

    You never ever lend your account out even for game sharing
