Help! Xbox is installing a game that already exists on my xbox one

Okay so here it goes. A while ago i borrowed my friend's COD black ops 3, installed it on my xbox one and updated it. Now today i bought my own COD black ops 3(disc) and inserted it into my xbox one, but i have to install it agian. WHY!!! Help please.

My son redeemed a 5000 pts code for his xbox one call of duty, black ops 3 today and his account wasn't credited properly...now the code says redeemed. What should I do? Thanks!

 

Please remember the saying: "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Something like this could result in your gamertag and/or console being banned from Live.

But to offer a Game with Account in a Onlineshop - shame on this shop.

The reason i post this, is that i hope MS read this an take a look on this Shop!

Maybe that helps a few Gamers...to not invest in such Games

The reason the link was removed is because posting a link to something like that is against the ToU of the forums.

When you create a post you only have a limited amount of time to change it. Beyond that it is up to the forum moderators to do so.
