Xbox One Account Tenure Not Updating

Hello to anyone who answers this,

Today, May 2nd, my account tenure icon on my profile was supposed to turn to the number 8, since it is my 8th consecutive year of owning Xbox Live. The day is almost over and nothing has changed. Last year on this exact day, my icon changed to 7 since it
was my 7th consecutive year. I calculated this last year just be sure. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this since it is frusturating. I will provide screenshots as proof. As you can see, on my Xbox 360 it says 8 as on my Xbox One it says 7. Any
help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks I appreciate the quick response. Is there anything I should do if it doesn’t fix by then? Its been about 12 hours and no change yet. This might sound dumb but the Xbox I use doesn’t have my account set as its home Xbox if that matters.

Let me start off by saying not to worry. Your tenure isn't stored only on your Xbox One console, it's tied to your account. The fact that you can see your tenure on your Xbox 360 console is proof that you haven't lost your tenure. It's simply not showing
on your Xbox One console, which is something we'll need to look into.

For now, please rest assured that you haven't lost your tenure (it's simply not displaying on your Xbox One console) and the devs are looking into why that's happening. We are not able to provide a time frame for any updates at this time. However, I can
assure you that your tenures are intact and it is simply a matter of having them reflect on your Xbox One consoles. Thank you for your patience while this is being investigated!

Hey Aviona,

I've double checked your account on our side and the tenure of 2 showing on your account is correct. Tenure only updates after the entire year (365 days) has lapsed.

If you recently renewed your Xbox Live subscription your tenure may take a bit of time to update on the Xbox One, be sure to keep an eye out for the change as it may take a bit of time. Thanks for your patience on this!

No. I've never lapsed and my tenure is reporting inaccurately by 3 years. If you search tenure in the forums, you will see thread after thread regarding tenure reporting inaccurately for years now. Tenure reporting is obviously broken.
