    Xbox one account suspended


    I was recently suspended about a week ago for apparently sending "hate mail". I have been communication banned several times and this is so far my first account suspension and i have no clue how long it will last? Or if im permanently suspended? I don't
    know what to do.

    My account was suspended

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    when your account is suspended you need to give Xbox support a call - no one on the forum can "unsuspend" your account

    Coming from someone who has both an Xbox One and a PS4 i can tell you right now the rules on PSN are almost exactly the same. Whatever rules you are breaking to continually get communication suspended on Xbox would get your entire account suspended/banned
    on PSN. They dont do just communication suspensions. They suspend the entire account.

    My point is the grass isnt always greener on the other side.

    Once you call support they will suspend the account. No one will be able to make charges from it. It will be suspended while the enforcement team looks into it

    Hello again, yes, the Gamertag will become available but you won't be able to get it to your other Xbox account.

    This is because after changing the Gamertag, the old one is suspended in the system, and unfortunately Microsoft does not disclose how long the Gamertag is suspended.
