onyx I just want a refund for a subscription that does not work

exactly the same for me and a friend,

we identified the change today,but i can notice, that we received a success on Forza motorsports 5 ( at equally the same time ),about someone has downloaded our saved pictures more than 50 times for the first success,then the second day ,more than 100 times
,so it gave 2 success,

but after seeing my pictures that was shared and non shared ( in Forza 5 ),i didnt got 50~100 downloads on them,

i verified my account ,about what was connected on it,and verified many things about the security,

but nothing says thats hacked.

So? any news or tips?
