Xbox one account recovery

I just paid 100$ and more cause my account wouldn’t let me play multiplayer and had to pay again cause I thought maybe it didn’t go thru but I was instead charged 2 times so my friend told me I should remove it then add a new one and then see if it’ll add
all my stuff back on instead it didn’t work and I would like to recover my old account back and see if I can get the 64$ back for the full year of gold returned and keep the other 64$ on so I can continue playing online with friends ?

Try using the password recovery, and checking all your e-mail accounts. The one with the password recovery email is the one
that you will use to log into "eRa Frisbee Jr" on XBOX live. Thanks!

 

Microsoft Account Hacked

So yeah, my account was hacked by Russians. They spent about $300 on NCA17, which I don't play. Now I have to wait up to 3 days for the account recovery team to call me. May want to change your e-mail and other passwords in case it's going on elsewhere.

 

You would need to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the gamer tag for the account that you want to recover and if they can verify ownership of the account they can give you the email associated with that gamer tag
and then you can go to account.live.com/acsr to recover it.

Xbox support would also be the ones to issue any refunds if the account is eligible for them.
