Hey, so my little brother got an xbox one and he has trouble logging into other peoples Xboxes and he can't use the xbox one app. After trying to go on the Microsoft website to change the password, the password wouldn't
work. Eventually it stated that the sign in was blocked after too many failed attempts. So I clicked reset password. I clicked forgot password,went through the verification, but then it said to either text or call the phone number. When I click on either one,
it says "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again..." I have the pictures of them. I need help asap

Netflix and Amazon Prime, one account 2 xbox. Help

Hi all

I have two xbox one and want to be able to watch Netflix or amazon prim on one xbox and play games on the other at the same time, the problem is I can not run the apps without a xbox live account and I can not sign in as I am already signed in on the one I play games.

why can I not sign into the apps without a xbox live account as this is annoying and I just can not get this to work

Xbox are con artists and will scam you for every penny they can get off of you!! They have charged me for a years subscription, even though I haven't used an Xbox in over a year! This was a total of £71.87 that they charged me for unwillingly. They're online
support service is terrible and I can never get through to anyone. This misleading use of online chat services, after countless automated questions, leads nowhere other than to call up their 08 number, which charges hugely! I called up, at which I was put
on hold, telling me that I was 7th in the cue of people calling. This slowly depleted, and after waited exactly 2 WHOLE HOURS, I was CUT OFF!!! This meant that I wasted 2 hours of my minutes on my phone bill and of my life, which they charged me £61.43 for!
And I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED ANY SERVICE!! I called up to get my money back in the first place and yet they charge me even further! I've never experienced such bad customer service in my life! I want my money back! I don't have that much as it is and Xbox is
making my life difficult! They totalled a whopping £133.30 off from me without expending anything! Let alone the overdrafts that they have cost me for these charges. I want my money back. I demand justice!

No. No they won't. All game content is attached to the original account.

You can recover your existing account using your email and password at any time you want, and access all of your saved data.

Im sorry you guys are experiencing these issue's, Sometimes getting membeships could take some time to propagate over the account. I know when i purchased gold for one of my family members it took 24 hrs for the account to show the membership. If you are
using a prepaid card it could wait till the charge clears before adding the membership but it will vary with company's. Most Prepaid companys will hold the charge before releasing the funds to the merchant, Which leads to long wait times on memberships If
you are requesting a refund you would need to speak to xbox support unfortunately they are very busy and have to accept 100 of calls a day and chats a day so keep in mind that such thing can be very frustrating from time to time so please bare with as they
try there best to help issues that everyone has.

I added one year gold membership and recently got locked out of my account and can't recover it. I created a new account and have Xbox live but no gold membership. Any suggestions?
