xbox one account has been hacked two or more time

Xbox has been hacked way more times than psn. not for CC info but for the sake of argument it has been hacked way more times for numerous reasons example the hacked MS and stole tons of MS points... MS products get hacked every single year. Online gaming
experience has no relation to being more hack proof. Hacking all depends on what the user that is hacking wants. If you think your CC info is safe on an xbox then your a complete idiot.

Accounts get "hacked" all the time, its truely not hacked , but the user has been fished for information probably lured by some message about free xbox stuff or games or even cheats. No one has ever hacked into the accounts held by Micro Soft.

It can take up to 30 days for a reason.Swearing isn't going to make that time go any faster.

Why not 48 hours or even a week? why 30 days surely 48 hours is sufficient enough time for someone to realise their account has been hacked. Also, PSN got hacked once, when it was a free service (which is still one to many) but xbox live accounts get hacked
as well, so thats not really saying much. This 30 day waiting period is ridiculous, and the fact that not even the microsoft teams can help even though you have all the relevant information is even more ridiculous! Being told to wait 30 days after you forked
out £500 for a console is a joke, and you know it is.

I would highly recommend setting up the security proofs. It only takes a short amount of time to create proofs, and makes your account more secure.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has a 15 character cap on passwords, so you will not be able to change it back to the longer one.
