Xbox One Account & Console hacked into!!!!!!

Your console cant be hacked into. End of story.

 

Make sure you have the smartglass app set properly . As they could have connected to you xbox1 thru the smartglass app.

 

Change your password like bus god said to do and if you see that even though you changed your password and some one is still making purchases I suggest you get a new card.

 

Here is what you need to know. 1. The only way for an account to be stolen is if you gave your login details to either another person or a phishing site. 2. If somebody gained access to your account, they would not download games to YOUR console as this
would not give them access to the games. They would likely recover the account to another console that they have access to and download the games to that console. You have to understand that the games being on your console only gives YOU access to play them,
so it would not make much sense to download them to a console you could not play them on if you had stolen somebodies account. The only answer that makes any sense at all is that the games were downloaded by somebody that has access to your console. Be that
a friend, your son, or yes, even your 5 year old. You do have the option of calling support and asking that they open an unauthorized access investigation. Be aware that during the investigation your account will likely be frozen and you will not be able to
use it until the end of the investigation. You can call support at 800-4MY-XBOX for the US and Canada. I know this is frustrating, but the information you have been given is really the only way this could have happened. If you had been charged for games that
were not on your console, it would be easy to see somebody had gained access to your account, but seeing as the games were downloaded to your own console, there just is not another answer.

 

it is possible that this happened as if they was intending to lock you out of your gamer profile and download it to another console
