Xbox one account blocked

Hey i recently got a ban on my xbox one main account, i Changed my phone number and forgot to do it to my xbox, i belive the reason why is because i got my friend to log in on a different xbox all together about 3 weeks before this happened. I have tried
to follow the microsoft ownership route but it says i didnt add in enough information to class me as the owner of the account, i created it about 6 years ago and cant remember all of my details but i remembered my password to the account, bank account that
was on the profile and the date of birth that i put into the xbox. microsoft said they couldnt do anything about it and the only solution i had after was to just do the test again. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO MY XBOX ONE ACCOUNT!!!!!

Dear M3tal Daz3, I never did anything wrong and i didn't even knew there was existing a ' bad pool ' players until i experienced it myself, It's not always the gamers fault itself like most people say, i got reported as a cheater 10 times in the time i've
played overwatch and since there are no cheats for overwatch i don't really get it... I've played with 1000+ players the last few weeks on my avoid me account and it doesn't change anything at all.

This is one of the many people ( including myself ) to be seen as a bad player because of a reputation while we didn't harm anyone..

Also look at this video and the comments on it just normal players which have been on xbox live a very long time and gone from good player to avoid me real quick
