Discus and support Xbox One account block problem in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hello, im AbC my nick on Xbox is , 9 days ago i have'd blocked on xbox one, and i cant send any message, is it permament block?     Can't join forza Horizon 4 clubs

    The issue that all of you are having is simply a failure in synchronisation between your Microsoft account and Xbox account. I have personally solved this problem only by singing in on someone's Xbox One console and changing the option that allows to create
    Clubs from block to allow even when it was already allow on the Xbox privacy settings on the Xbox.com, this option was assigned as block on the Xbox one console.

    So I have no idea how can a Xbox one synchronise all of your accounts but the internet website can't.

    This could be helpful to some of you.

    Hi there,

    There is a feature to report a problem from your Xbox if you believe the blocking feature is not working. If blocked accounts are still able to send you messages then you can report the problem by having the

    Xbox Insider Hub app     installed and then hold down the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the power menu, report a problem while be visible from there.

    Hello,

    Is this issue happening when you send the friend request to several xbox players or a particular one? If this is a player in particular probably the problem is with their account (account no more exists or the player has blocked friend's requests)
