Xbox One 75$ Promotion From 360

I received a message tile on my 360 dashboard that showed a promotion about xbox one. It said if i were to upgrade i would get 75$ dollars worth of xbox currency. I have already upgraded my console and i still didn't get the money. This promotion popped
like 1-2 weeks ago so i called xbox support during that time period. 2 of the representatives had no idea about this promotion and told me to wait. i've waited about 2 weeks with no word on it. I phoned back and they told me to go to xbox live rewards and then
to here. Can someone please respond so i can claim my reward.

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

 

Do I have to see the ad on my 360 for the $75 promotion to be extended to me?

Hi,

I have checked my 360 periodically since this promotion first appeared, but I haven't seen the ad yet. If I were to buy an Xbox one for a retailer and register it as instructed on these forums, would I be eligible for this $75 credit promotion?

Also, is there any limitation on which retailers to purchase from? I believe Sam's club is selling a $499 Xbox One for $429 currently.

Did you purchase your console before you saw the ad or after you saw the ad? The offer was for purchase of the console within the date specified (July 7 - 31, 2014). If you did then the currency would be sent to your gamertag's messages by August 15, 2014.

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, according to the terms, the offer is only valid for purchases made within that time frame.

 

Guess we all have 2 wait till the 15th
