Xbox One 500GB Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle - Now Alan Wake American Nightmare and Win ...

Hi There

As per the title I ordered the Xbox One 500GB Special Edition Quantum Break Bundle (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/special-edition-quantum-break-bundle. After
unboxing the console I only received a game code for Alan Wake and the 2 DLC's as well as a physical disk copy of Quantum break in the box. The site as well as the retailer that I bought it from advertises that it comes with Alan Wake American Nightmware .
Should there have been a code in the box for Alan Wake American Nightmare or is it supposed to come via the Xbox One Store ? Does the same apply to the Free Windows 10 Copy as there wasn't really any instructions in the box or on the site how this would work
, I have already installed the game + updates + the episode pack to the console and haven't received any messages yet with regards to the codes. Could you please advise on this , many thanks.

Still got no Alan Wake: American Nightmare code, as well as Alan Wake and Quantum Break Win 10 codes

 

Day 13 and I still wait for my Codes (Quantum Break)

My Problem is that I pre order Quantum Break and I still wait for my Codes. I don´t have any Code no Alan Wake American Nightmare, Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Win 10.

I contacted the retailer and they were able to provide me with the game code for Alan Wake American Nightmare., They advised that I should contact Microsoft with regards to the Win 10 game code and how the promotion works , given that I purchased the bundle

Hey shadox76!

As long as you redeemed the Quantum Break digital code that came with the bundle before April 10th, 2016, you will qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply , so this is in the box i didn't get a digital code , instead I got the actual game on disk and at the back of the disk cover it states that "This copy is not for re-sale" , would that qualify as well ?

 

Oh apologies I didn't catch that before. The Quantum Break Xbox One bundle should only come with a digital code. Which retailer did you purchase the bundle from? Disc copies of Quantum Break do not qualify for the Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break.

Having an understanding of where the console was purchased from will help us a bunch. Also, does the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle box look like the box that is linked in your original post?

Yes its exactly like the one in the link , however, it not come with a digital code and instead came with game game disk . On this disk though it states that the copy of the game is not for resale . The box was sealed when I received it. I bought it from
a online retailer in South Africa. I assumed that the free copy of the game would be like linked to the activation of the console , given that it was a Quantum break Bundle ?

 

Hey, shadox76! What is the retailer's name that you purchased this from? Can you please provide a picture of your receipt or of the disc, as well? You can provide this to me in private message if you are comfortable with that. You will need to upload the
