    Fifa 16 code missing in Xbox One 500GB EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Bundle

    Today I bought Xbox One 500GB EA SPORTS FIFA 16 Bundle in Dubai. To my horror I did not find any code for fifa 16 inside the sealed box. Really disappointed with microsoft and xbox. The box was totally sealed and I have bought it from
    a very reputed retailer in Dubai Mall.

    Any suggestions what I can do?

    I've recently purchased an Xbox One 500gb bundle (with FIFA 16). So I start downloading said FIFA with the code. I leave it a good, good few hours.

    I go into games and apps - it's 70% done, fine. But I notice the storage says:

    287.1 GB Free.

    Shouldn't that be a lot closer to 450gb free? You're telling me 70% of FIFA 16 has taken up 200+ GB? Have all of the previous Xbox One updates have taken up a lot of that?

    Sorry to hear it. It's possible that the code was entered incorrectly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 or O for 0.

    Thanks! The retailer is not helping. They just say that it came packed from microsoft and they are not responsible if it was missing. Would microsoft be linking the product code with my console serial number. Can it not be traced?

    Double check the packaging to make sure you haven't missed anything. If there are any other cards with codes on, check them, as they may have more than one code on them.
