    Xbox One 4TB HDD Issue

I bought a 4 TB HDD and when it reach 330 games installed it stop and doesn't count anymore games installed now the next day I turn on My Xbox one and says I only have 291 games installed and 1 TB Free, I saw this type of problem in a PsVita with a 64gb card,

The problems arrives when You install alot of apps and when reach a limit You can't install more although there are still free Space

I can't find información about Xbox One so I ask

What about install My games in 2 HDD of 2 TB each one?

The limit is about hhd device or about the Xbox one?

If I use 2 HDD of 2 TB each one I will be able to install all my games or I will have the same problem like the 4TB HDD?

    :)

    External hard drive question time!.

I have a 4TB Ext HDD on my XB1X and another one @ my office with my media.

I like the ability to move the HDD to my other Xbox's

I have had no issues that unplugging and plugging the drive has not fixed.

Deceptive Business Practices - Deactivation of Large External HDD

i contacted Microsoft support the other week, straight through to live chat, no issues so that works fine.

also my sons Xbox one x and my daughters Xbox one have the latest updates and both have Seagate 4TB hdd's, they all work fine still. if this was Microsoft deactivating large hdd's then we would all have the issue.

    External HDD

Anyone know what the maximum limit on how big of a HDD can be connected to the Xbox One? Thinking of getting a 4TB or larger for the system.

    External HD causing cinematic stuttering?

If there's no cinematic stuttering when the affected games are on your 1TB external HDD and your internal Xbox One HDD, then there is likely something wrong with your new 4TB drive.

I'd consider transferring your content back to the original destinations and replacing the 4TB drive.

Through my personal experiences, getting the largest drives currently available can have a relatively higher chance of failure.

    Game Drive

If it's Xbox One and online, then they game saves are all cloud based.

I have a 2TB and 4TB external HDD and had them both a few years, with no issues.

If it's in warranty, return it to where you purchased it from. Your games can be redownload onto a new drive.
