無法連線到EA Online

我最近使用Xbox 360玩戰地風雲3，都會不斷跳出"無法連線到EA Online"的錯誤訊息或玩到一半就斷出，令我不勝其擾，但我可以確認的是我的網路速度正常維持60M/15M，Xbox的金會員也顯示正常登入並未中斷，其他XBOX連網遊戲也都正常，就是EA的遊戲會斷掉，透過EA TWsupport反 問題，都沒有人回覆郵件。請協助處理此一問題，謝謝!

In May30th,I bought the 12 12 months gold membership in HK,and recieved a email like this from

Hey there, tom556699! It sounds like you're getting an error with Games with Gold saying to try the purchase on your Xbox. This error appears when your account is a child account. You will need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 in order to get the Games

兒童帳戶正常來說應該不會影響我的兌換程序，在xbox one平台上所有遊戲都可以正常兌換，到現在都還是無法兌換360的遊戲，向官方客服反應也無法處理這個狀況

You have two options one use an xbox 360 consoles

Or use a parental xbox account with gold.membership home.gold.wont work
