your reply helped me out a lot. Getting in the 360 menu by pressing those two buttons already solved my problem. Because within the menu I could add my friend to the friendlist.

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help you figure this out.

Now, does this happen with only these two games or any backwards compatible game?

The Xbox One software uses an emulator to reflect what is going on with the Xbox 360 servers so potentially, your profile on the 360 servers is not properly syncing your friends list.

First load up one of your backwards compatible games and when your game is loading up, go ahead and press the Menu and View buttons at the same time and this will bring up the Xbox 360 guide. Those are the two small buttons under the large Xbox button.
Once you get the 360 guide open, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings and select System.
2. Select Storage.
   Note If you don’t connect any external storage devices to your console, select
   Hard Drive. If you do use external storage, select All Devices.
   
3. Select Profiles.
4. Select the Xbox profile that you want to delete.
5. Select Delete.
6. Select Delete Profile Only – This deletes the Xbox profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Now you will need to re-add the profile. Here is how:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
2. Select Download Profile.
   Note Not seeing Download Profile? This means that you’re signed in under another profile. Press the
   X button on your controller to sign out, confirm, and then select
   Download Profile.
   
3. At the bottom of the Download Profile screen, select
   Download Profile.

Once the profile has been re-added, check your friends list. Let us know if this helps!

On Xbox One, a friend is anyone you’ve added to your friends list. Adding new friends on Xbox One doesn’t require that they send a friend request first.
When you sign in to an Xbox One console, your Xbox 360 friends will automatically appear in your friends list, as well as in your followers list. If you accept a new friend
request sent from an Xbox 360 console, you’ll see them as both a friend and a follower on Xbox One.

However, friends who’ve been added on Xbox One won’t automatically show up on your Xbox 360 list. If you plan to play with them on your Xbox 360, you’ll have to send a friend request through your Xbox 360 console. Once they accept,
you’ll see them in your friends list on both of your consoles.

If you go into the 360 game menu on the xbox one you may be able to see this.
