    Xbox One 360 Emulator Profile Problem


    So for the past 3 months, I cannot play xbox 360 games on my xbox one on my profile. When I start up a game like Perfect Dark it shows the Xbox 360 Logo, and then says disconnected from Xbox Live. I have talked to support about this, we tried everything
    possible to fix it, but the problem remained. The problem is between my profile and the Emulator. I am also in the Preview Program, so maybe that has something to do with it, but not sure

    I don't know how this happend but I would like to get this resolved.

    Is there anybody else who has this problem?

    Or does anybody from Xbox Support know how to fix this? If So please let me know as it is very annoying.

    How do I remove an Xbox 360 backward compatible profile for the Xbox One

    No, I already deleted the offending profile from my Xbox One, but it's persisting in the Xbox 360 emulator.

    Cannot Sign in on Backwards Compatible Games

    Sorry to hear it guys. Have you changed your gamertag or email in the past? If so then please delete your profile from the 360 console (or the 360 emulator on the Xbox One) and redownload it.

    I had this same issue in the past and that solved the problem.

    Have you tried a full factory restore but without removing games and apps? This has been known to correct a broad range of backwards compatible issues.

    Backwards compatibility not working

    I can choose the sign in button but my account isn’t on the 360 emulator (because a possible solution was to remove the profile off of the xbox one and 360 emulator) so it directs me to download a profile. when this problem first started happening my
    account was on the 360 emulator but if I chose to sign in it would say it couldn’t connect to Xbox live so it couldn’t sign me into my profile.

    All 360 online services are down. Back compatible games on Xbox one can’t save.

    I can’t connect to Xbox live on 360 back compatible games. The rest of the Xbox one behaves normally. I know it’s not a problem with my console because both my old 360 and the 360 emulator on the Xbox one do it.

    I thought maybe the problem was on my end so I did a soft reset. Now the 360 emulator on the Xbox one has no profile on it. I can’t download my profile to it because it can’t connect to Xbox live. So I can’t save at all in back compatible games.

    Is it a regional problem? Is it down for maintenance? The status page doesn’t mention anything.

    Are you trying to download your profile on the 360 emulator on the One? or did you remove your profile from the One side of things?

    If you are on the 360 emulator turn off 2FA first then add your account back on the 360 emulator then turn back on the 2FA
